Steerable Front Attachments (5040)

Steerable front attachments on the Infield Pro 5040 give operators the precision never before offered in this industry. The newly designed Flex Blade is adjustable to different environments (wet/dry), scarify, level and smooth in the same pass. Improve the operators ability to direct the attachment into and out of tight areas, like around dugouts or base path contours. Hydraulic float position and steerable blade reduces operator influence and the potential for damage. Combined, these features Improve the consistency between fields, operators and weather conditions.

3WD Series Parallel Traction Drive

The 3WD Series Parallel traction drive improves traction in wet or heavy working conditions to get the job completed quickly. In traditional 3WD units all traction effort is lostas soon as one wheel slips. Series Parallel ensures that you always have tractive effort with at least one wheel to keep your unit from getting stuck and losing precious time.

Power Packed Engines

Choose from an 18-hp engine in the 5040 or 16 hp in the 3040 and 2020. These trusted Vanguard® engines are fuel efficient, run cooler and feature a fully pressurized oil lubrication system for longer life.

Quick Connect Hydraulics

The new quick connect hydraulics allow anyone to connect or disconnect any of the powered attachments in under a minute. This eliminates the need for dedicated equipment.

Maintenance Friendly Layout

The new unit was designed with the mechanic in mind, to reduce, simplify, and increase access to all scheduled maintenance. The majority of scheduled maintenance projects can be accessed by lifting the operator seat. For increased access, the side and center quarter panels can be taken off by removing just a few bolts

Maneuverable Steering

For operator ease of use, and to improve the effectiveness of the steerable front attachments, hydraulic power steering is now available on the 5040 and a rugged gear drive system on the 3040. Both designs are now environmentally sealed to ensure long life and reduced maintenance.

Front Manual Blade (3040)

Finger tip operation (no overhead bar), paired handle/foot pedal and torsion bar to improve down pressure provide level/consistent contouring in difficult areas. Quick-up latch locks blade in transport position between uses to improve operator ease of use.

Mid-Mount System

With the Mid-mount system, a flex mounted toolbar can be adjusted to flex backwards when it comes in contact with anything from rocks or other rigid objects to prevent gouging or wash boarding. Multiple locking depth settings to ensure consistent depth of scarification from day to day or between operators. A mid-mount leveling system is also available to make quick work of the difficult projects like around dugouts or player positions.

QAS Bunker Pump

Bring your flooded areas back in play faster while requiring only one person to operate. Driven by the Infield Pro’s powerful onboard hydraulics, the QAS Bunker Pump throws water up to 45 feet, pumping 95 gallons per minute. The Bunker Pump utilizes the exclusive Quick Attach System (QAS) and can mount on the front or rear of an Infield Pro for added versatility. Front Lip Broom

The QAS Lip Broom is a front attachment designed to eliminate the task of manually maintaining infield lips. The specially designed bristle broom is driven by the QAS remote hydraulics, and removes ridge buildup by sweeping material back into the infield. The attachment can be hydraulically lifted and lowered, is steerable, and offers adjustability for aggressiveness and speed.

Rear Utility Box

The addition of the QAS Utility Box increases the functionality of the Infield Pro allowing it to be used as a small utility vehicle. From hauling tools, infield mix or sod, the integrated flip-up stand allows customers to easily drop off the box and use the Infield Pro for other tasks.

Rear Nail Drag

The QAS Nail Drag is a rear attachment offering precision scarification of skinned areas on sports fields. The QAS Nail Drag can be lifted and lowered hydraulically and has adjustable down-pressure across the entire width of the drag for a smooth, even scarification across all surfaces. Adding the Steel Drag Mat or the Coco Drag Mat to the QAS Nail Drag offers scarification and grooming in one easy step. In addition, the Steel Mat and the Coco Mat can also be used without engaging QAS Nail Drag and the Nail Drag Carrier System eliminates the need to manually lift drag mats between passes or fields.
